How can I improve a product such as a directory of online businesses?
I work for an internet company and I am currently managing a product which is a online business directory. But it seems that this is already a dead product. How do I get off the ground and remove Sales through this product? We have two sales executives to sell this product and although they get sales in Canada, it is not at all. We based in a small country and although we have about 20 000 companies in this country, we're still not sold, as always. We are currently in a political situation some industries still are up again.
You have two things to do. 1. Update your ad 2. Reach potential customers. You need develop a mailing list of potential buyer contact by searching through the Web and gather data to communicate with them.
