What is the office of online brokerage Mortgage Correspondent Lender or the best to join a new career in business?
I intend to start a career as a loan officer and you want to do business primarily on the Internet, home and get online training and / or telephone. I think either to join Apex Mortgage or the Prime Minister. Transcontinental Lending Group is also an option. Does anyone have comments on these companies? I'm really leaning toward Apex ready because I like the structure of the company, but it is a time $ 200 fee for the purchase of software that lets you manage the business on the internet and the home. The software has the appl 1003, credit score info visualization, match programs to customer information, manage your accounts, funds, can do business in atleast 20 states, etc. Is it having to pay this tax when you start a standard, if so, are there companies that have lower costs of operation? I took a mortgage broker 24-hour course in Florida recently, but have not passed the licensure examination at the moment. I need a mentor for trafficking in early years and hopes to begin soon.
I also work for AAPEX meeting which is based in Florida. Working at home is cool, but it's better if you can go to an office and do work there. if you're home, you more than if you bs were in an office there so you can get more work. It's just a suggestion. You should look around before making a decision.
