Can I use PayPal in my online business into a legal business?
Hello, I'm starting an online business and I want to know what are the legal procedures to make it legal, I mean, when people go there to advertise anything they want and pay a certain sum of money per month on advertising using PayPal to me, I need to make it legal. And if it works with PayPal, it means I can also use Google Checkout and Yahoo Wallet, right? What can I do for my online business legal? What are the procedures? I live in Alberta, Canada. Please help me with suggestions and advice. Thank you!
Ah, well, I do not know what procedures are in Canada, but You need to register unless you are a sole proprietor in a small business, costs $ 45, and a name search – in general, you can out with a preliminary search for $ 10, or you might need to do thorough research for $ 40 or so. Click here and select your area for more information: http://www.bdc-canada.com/BDC/services/business_reg_main.htm Here in the U.S. you need at least very federal tax identification number from the IRS. You can back up only with purchase of a name fictictious state, and be ready to start using any name invented for your business. If you want to buy things tax free for resale, then you need to have a state issued the resale certificate and use it to open a bank account real society.
